Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders and route for approvals following procedures.
• Obtain vendor acknowledgments and file records.
• Expedite and track components to meet schedules.
• Inform stakeholders of delivery dates and status.
• Maintain procurement records and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Support supplier selection and quoting processes as needed.
