American Equipment Holdings, a leading overhead crane and hoist provider in the United States, is seeking a Buyer to coordinate procurement of materials and components to meet production schedules.

The role requires PO creation, vendor coordination, expediting, and ensuring 100% on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records and working with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and ERP/MS 365 experience are preferred, with manufacturing exposure a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Engineering, or Business-related field.
• Proficient with MS 365 software, ERP systems, Excel and related tools.
• Experience in procurement/purchasing in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create Purchase Orders following Delegation of Authority and ISO procedures.
• Obtain and verify vendor acknowledgements; sign and file in electronic folder.
• Expedite and track components to meet production schedules.
