Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline preferred (3+ years purchasing/planning experience).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material plans based on forecasts, orders, inventory levels and production needs.
• Create, release, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance including delivery reliability, lead times, quality and responsiveness.
• Review inventory levels and parameters to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with production to support schedules and prioritize material requirements.
• Identify and address supply chain disruptions, shortages and delays proactively.
• Maintain item master data, supplier information, and planning records in ERP.
• Coordinate with logistics on shipments and material availability.
• Analyze demand trends and adjust purchasing/inventory strategies.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and communicate key supply chain performance metrics.
