Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience using MRP/ERP in manufacturing or production.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to identify issues and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for materials, components, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders from demand signals.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and conditions.
• Create supplier RFQs and evaluate quotations.
• Monitor open POs and mitigate shortages or risks.
• Maintain procurement records per policy.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Support supplier pricing, lead times, and information gathering.
