Job summary

C/A Design, Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead financial planning and accounting for Exeter, NH and Raleigh, NC sites.

You will partner with site leadership to manage budgets, forecasts and month-end close while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Reporting to the VP of Finance for the Thermal Solutions Segment, the role offers growth opportunities and exposure to strategic initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA highly desirable.
• 15+ years’ progressive Accounting/Finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a multi-site manufacturing facility, AS9100 preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly financial accounting and year-end cycles to deadlines and policy.
• Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, analyze variances.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions and oversee AP/AR with Shared Services.
• Develop rolling forecasts and improve forecasting models for accuracy.
• Present metrics and financial data to VP Finance and leadership.
