Job summary

The role partners with site and segment leaders to improve forecasting, cost accounting, and financial controls while ensuring adherence to GAAP and corporate policies. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or strongly preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in accounting/finance with progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly financials and year-end processes in line with corporate guidelines.
• Prepare income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, analyze results vs. plans.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions and manage AP/AR with shared services.
• Develop rolling forecasts, improve forecasting models and perform cost accounting analyses.
• Present financial data and strategic improvements to senior leadership.
