Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of direct experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related fields.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and process mapping to identify obstacles and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with IT development and application teams for testing, issue validation, and release readiness.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and training content.
• Provide training and support to users on new processes and reporting tools.
