Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Business Process Analyst to deliver agile project management and end-to-end delivery support for enhancements to a financial system. You will partner with business stakeholders, end users, and program leadership, reporting to the Guidehouse project manager and providing in-person support in Indianapolis, IN or Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Business Process Analysis, preferably in finance.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or be a member of a team of analysts applying process improvement and transformation to financial and operations management.
• Assess process performance in complex environments with linkages across financial, staffing and support processes.
• Direct requirement collection, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Lead requirements workshops and workshops with business stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Analyze processes and user needs to develop clear, testable requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs to verify requirements.
• Identify gaps and risks, support UAT and training activities to verify capabilities meet needs.
• Support design and implementation of new or enhanced business processes.
• Coordinate across project teams for enterprise-wide integration and alignment with policy.
• Develop practical implementation plans and briefs for senior management.
