Job summary

Galloway Company in Neenah, WI is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead a cross-functional implementation team from planning through completion, enhancing and creating business systems and processes.

You will identify gaps, prioritize improvements, oversee the Business Process Specialist, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost targets while training stakeholders to turn new processes into steady operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience managing projects.
• Formal project management methodologies required; certifications preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Project Management Methods a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver key projects balancing operations and IT needs, minimizing complexity.
• Plan, monitor, prioritize and manage internal projects from initiation to completion using formal project management methodologies.
• Provide data analysis and test code to support business systems and processes.
• Lead testing and troubleshooting of new software using data analysis to identify problems and formulate solutions.
• Identify business process solutions that support operational needs with minimal customization.
• Ensure project results meet quality, schedule and cost; communicate issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
