Job summary

Galloway Company is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead a cross-functional implementation team from planning through completion, enhancing systems and processes to meet business needs. This role will identify opportunities, oversee the Business Process Specialist, and ensure project success with a focus on quality, reliability, and cost control.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years experience managing projects with demonstrated success.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies; Certifications in Project Management preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Project Management Methods a Plus.
• Communicates effectively and timely, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
• Excellent time-management with ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
• Facilitate an overall work environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Team oriented, highly collaborative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional implementation team from planning through completion.
• Plan, monitor, prioritize and manage internal projects using formal project management methodologies.
• Provide data analysis and test code to support business systems/processes.
• Lead testing and troubleshooting of new software using data-driven problem solving.
• Identify business process solutions that minimize customization.
• Ensure project quality, reliability, schedule and cost meet targets.
• Communicate risks and issues to sponsors, teams and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external contractors and train users for turnover.
