Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a systems analyst to join a team focused on improving business processes and technology solutions. You will analyze systems and workflows, propose efficiency enhancements, and collaborate with business and technology partners to implement changes and support testing and project execution.

You will prepare documentation, develop test plans, monitor progress, and provide reporting on policy, plans, and results while ensuring compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of databases, Excel and SQL querying.
• Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures.
• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and perform systems analysis to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Propose technical and procedural improvements based on analysis.
• Analyze costs and estimate savings from changes; recommend actions.
• Develop and modify applications as needed and support implementation.
• Write test plans and execute tests for new or modified systems.
