Job summary
Bush & Bush Law Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to handle complex commercial disputes from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, and will contribute to strategic case development and client relations.
Active Texas Bar license preferred; 3+ years in business litigation; excellent research, advocacy, and courtroom experience.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license preferred.
- 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level strategic litigation advice on business disputes.
- Manage cases from pre-litigation to trial, including pleadings and discovery.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and dispositive briefs with strong legal reasoning.
- Guide clients and mentor junior staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.
