Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in business-related field; specialized lending education/training.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong interpersonal relations and sales skills.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in related lending positions.

Responsabilités

• Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; grow loan and deposit growth.
• Serves as a Bank sales team member; conducts group sales calls to develop new business.
• Monitors sales performance; discusses performance with supervisor.
• Sources referrals to support growth goals (e.g., insurance).
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and regulatory requirements; provides service to business customers.
• Approves or rejects loan applications within lending authority; conducts loan interviews.
• Reviews applications and credit information; analyzes financials to assess risk and pricing.
• Manages cash management product installation, implementation, training, and file limit approvals.
• Supports the Credit Administration Manager in workout or collection efforts when needed.
