Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Manager to act as the financial and operational steward of a Corporate Service Line. You will partner with project managers and senior leadership to keep projects profitable, surface risks early, and bring discipline to planning, forecasting, and performance.

You will turn data into decisions, support budgeting and governance, and coach teams to maintain strong financial health and alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, engineering or science required.
• 7+ years of Financial Analysis experience.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment; motor vehicle checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly project status reviews for the business unit and flag at-risk projects.
• Own the financial picture for the business unit and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend adjustments to reach profit targets.
• Analyze metrics and translate findings for project managers and leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Ensure projects comply with processes and governance at the project level.
• Develop and deliver training on financial and operational topics.
