  • Replenish backlog and grow the business in collaboration with market leaders and discipline heads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and personnel at all levels internally and externally.
  • Develop an actionable, measurable annual account plan coinciding with market needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and KCI stakeholders.
  • Present new leads and opportunities to market leaders and collaborate on strategy.
  • Work with others to research and stay ahead of Industry trends.
  • Participate in industry conferences and identify internal teams to participate with business development staff.
  • Participate in new business planning with identified markets or disciplines

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Master's degree preferred
