• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence.
• Develop opportunities with OEMs and Tier suppliers.
• Promote engineering plastics, polymers, and capabilities during early development activities.
• Influence material selection through engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Identify emerging market opportunities to support growth.
