Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Business Development Representative for a global engineering plastics manufacturer. You will drive new business, develop key customer relationships, and expand market reach across automotive, aerospace, and related industries.

You will work with engineering, product development, and commercial teams to identify applications, influence material selection, and support customers through development and qualification processes. Hybrid remote with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development plans to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Research target accounts and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence.
• Develop opportunities with OEMs and Tier suppliers across the supply chain.
• Promote engineering plastics, polymers, and material capabilities during product development.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and procurement teams to support customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and build stakeholder relationships.
