Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Business Continuity Lead in Pittsburgh to strengthen resiliency across critical systems and processes. The role requires driving risk mitigation, incident response, regulatory compliance, and program maturity with cross-functional teams.

The position reports to the Manager of Business Continuity and will coordinate exercises, on-call responses, and vendor continuity efforts while producing leadership metrics and strategic updates.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Business Continuity Management processes aligned with FFIEC and regulatory requirements.
• Perform BIAs and update BC Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate exercises; coordinate with DR/IT for recovery testing.
• Serve as rotating on-call contact for disruptions; coordinate response and recovery.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Risk Management to address vendor continuity risks.
• Develop leadership reports highlighting updates, trends, progress, and metrics.
• Assist contingency planning for potential disruptions and develop actionable responses.
