Job Title: Strategic Business Consultant (CPG | Remote/Chicago Preferred)

Job Location: Chicago, IL. Position can be 100% remote, but local candidates are preferred for onsite meetings.

If remote, candidates should be willing to travel to Chicago for essential meetings.

Contract until the end of the year. Initially full-time or near full-time, with hours decreasing as projects conclude.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Influencing the organization to balance market share, growth, profitability, and efficiency to create shareholder value.
2. Identifying issues, clarifying strategic options, and influencing organizational direction.
3. Proactively providing insights and ideas.
4. Leading impactful initiatives across the business.
5. Delivering results that significantly impact client success.
6. Providing business knowledge and problem-solving expertise to generate insights and recommendations.
7. Facilitating process improvements using LEAN/Continuous Improvement techniques to enhance efficiency.
8. Reviewing activities to improve service quality and productivity.
9. Demonstrating leadership behaviors such as building trust, decision-making, customer focus, continuous improvement, and talent development.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment and possess experience in modern advertising, change management, and selling of products/CPG.
