M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a relationship-focused professional to grow and manage a portfolio of business banking clients in the Iselin, NJ area. You will develop new relationships, service existing clients, and collaborate with branch teams to maximize revenue while managing risk.

The role emphasizes credit evaluation, underwriting negotiations, and meeting aggressive sales targets across cash management and other business banking services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or 4+ years of sales/banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
