Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments while handling multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new loan and deposit business by prospecting and meeting client needs.
• Manage relationships with business banking clients and oversee account maintenance.
• Develop referral networks with COIs to expand client base.
• Collaborate with other bank teams to cross-sell products.
• Interview loan applicants and assess creditworthiness, terms, and monitoring.
• Submit complete loan packages and assist in credit analysis and underwriting.
• Recommend loan approvals and monitor loan portfolios.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactive problem resolution.
