FedEx Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Architect to guide the identification of business value through analysis, planning, and design of both manual and automated solutions within a domain. You will collaborate with business and technical architects to align on goals and deliver effective solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning from capability analysis to modeling current and future states.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with at least three areas: application development or maintenance, transportation/logistics operations, business analysis, business process modeling, business object or logical data modeling, business and/or IT standards/processes, software design.

Responsibilities

• Guides identification of business value via analysis, planning and design of manual and automated solutions.
• Collaborates with business and technical architects to align goals and solutions.
• Provides services to internal stakeholders and external customers to enable business agility.
• Other duties as assigned
