Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in engineering, business information systems, computer science, or other quantitative discipline.
• Six (6) years of experience with at least four (4) areas: applications development/maintenance, logistics, business analysis, process modeling, data modeling, standards/processes, metrics design/analysis, software design.
• Advanced experience with architecture techniques across various projects and complexities.
• Experience with business capability or enterprise analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams and briefing executives on progress.
• Creates plans to measure performance and scorecards with end-user feedback loops.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans and mitigations.
• Translates business needs into technology requirements.
• Uses project management to create proposals, plans, budgets, and schedules from concept through post-implementation.
• Leads cross-functional teams and third-party providers in enterprise programs.
