Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a strategic Business Architect to connect business goals with Value Stream capabilities. You will work with Portfolio and IT architects to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment with the broader FedEx logistics vision.

You’ll deconstruct complex concepts into solvable components, support SAFe Kanban Epics, and help plan transitions while drawing on 3–5 years in enterprise programs and a BA certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems or related discipline.
Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and deconstructing concepts.
Five (5) years preferred in strategic large-scale projects.
In-depth knowledge of FedEx operations and enterprise.
Certification in Business Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

Engages with Portfolio business architects and IT partners to understand strategy for a Value Stream.
Translate business needs into capabilities and roadmaps; support transition sequencing.
Collaborate to break down epics into actionable capability groupings for Value Stream teams.
Lead collaborative efforts to translate goals into roadmaps and SAFe epics.
Support SAFe Portfolio Kanban by refining epics into backlog bundles for Value Streams.
