Job summary

You will partner with IT architects, product managers, and business stakeholders within agile trains to co-design processes and systems that support customer and user goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business architecture or enterprise process improvement.
• Expertise in journey mapping, process modeling, or operating model design.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience guiding enterprise transformation in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and align end-to-end experiences across customer and internal user journeys.
• Co-design processes and systems with IT, product, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate decisions, surface tradeoffs, and maintain alignment to long-term vision.
• Ensure consistency by guiding changes to processes, data, and technology.
• Collaborate with owners, product managers, architects, and delivery teams.
