The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of combined BA/SM experience, strong analysis, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive backlog prioritization and sprint success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, or related field.
- 5+ years as BA/Scrum Master or combined BA/SM.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and cross-functional teamwork.
- Proven requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure user stories are well defined and ready for development.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Coordinate QA to ensure coverage of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor scope, timelines, and milestones; report progress to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote Agile best practices.
