Job summary

You will gather and document requirements, support governance and UAT coordination, and help produce clear communications for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis or related fields.
• Experience with requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with government-facing documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into user stories and process flows.
• Maintain requirements traceability and audit readiness.
• Support scheduling, meeting minutes, and status updates.
• Coordinate UAT and change management activities.
• Prepare governance artifacts and status reports.
