Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation (UML, BPMN).
• Strong SDLC knowledge including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and designers to align on requirements.
• Facilitate requirement validation sessions and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Support development and testing by clarifying requirements and addressing ambiguities.
• Maintain BRDs, use cases, and training materials.
• Conduct gap analyses between current and future state processes and systems.
• Assist in planning and executing UAT and drive BA practice improvements.
