Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, consulting, or related area.
• Experience in financial services or similar regulated industry preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization/reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the annual strategic planning process, including planning sessions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate long-term business objectives into actionable strategies.
• Analyze financial, operational, market, and industry data to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives.
• Present complex information and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
