Job summary

RPL International is seeking an experienced strategic planning professional in Miami to translate long-term objectives into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with senior leaders, analyze diverse data, and develop executive-style dashboards and presentations to guide growth.

The role requires 4+ years in strategic planning or financial analysis, Fluency in English and Spanish, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, consulting, or related area.
• Experience in financial services or similar regulated industry preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization/reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
