Qualifications

• Four or more years of equivalent work experience in business analysis or related field.
• Proven ability to elicit, gather, analyze, document, and communicate system requirements and business processes.
• Strong analytical, risk-based problem-solving, and cost-benefit evaluation skills.
• Translate end-user friction into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Bridge between large user bases, technical teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Map current workflows to identify automation opportunities, gaps, risks, and cost-benefit improvements.
• Host stakeholder sessions to align technical solutions with departmental strategy.
• Evaluate technology requests for business value, cost, scope, and resources.
• Prepare analytical reports for executive decision-making and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Liaise with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to drive consensus.
• Translate and present strategic findings to leadership.
• Track demand and portfolio trends using dashboards and metrics.
• Standardize governance practices and refine tools and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to validate requirements and perform UAT.
• Transition approved demands into active projects and lead sub-teams as needed.
