Job summary

Influxinfosys in Tallahassee, FL seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support IT governance and demand management. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and OIT, identifying needs, documenting requirements, and guiding prioritization decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant business or technical experience.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements, and process analysis.
• Experience capturing, documenting, and communicating requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills.
• Translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT governance, demand management, or procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.
• Develop business/functional requirements, use cases, and process maps.
• Identify gaps, risks, constraints, dependencies, and improvements.
• Support intake and evaluation of technology demands across the org.
• Analyze demands based on value, scope, cost, risks, and impact.
• Collaborate with PMO, ITSM, EA, Cybersecurity, and Portfolio teams.
• Support governance meetings, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Serve as liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Translate complex info into clear documentation and deliverables.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations and analytical reports.
