Job summary

Chevron Corp. in Houston seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with enterprise technology. You will translate stakeholders' requirements into actionable solutions, manage work intake, define success metrics, and support adoption of digital capabilities.

You will partner with asset teams, IT delivery, data and insights groups, and program managers to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards while delivering tangible value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, process improvement or related role.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, automation, AI, or digital technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Gathers and documents business requirements and translates stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnership - Develop relationships with stakeholders across S&T assets and functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Requirements and Solution Development - Lead discovery sessions, document current/state and future-state processes, define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Initiative and Project Support - Manage work intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning, coordinate delivery and testing activities.
• Value Realization and Adoption - Drive engagement, measure outcomes, and support user adoption of delivered solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Program Managers, Asset IT Leads, Architects, Data & Insights teams, and delivery organizations.
• Execution and Agility - Respond to evolving needs, manage multiple priorities and drive timely decision-making.
