Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to partner with IT and business teams, analyze needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.

You will lead requirements gathering, system enhancements, and project initiatives for financial, manufacturing, and distribution functions. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related processes.
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, data modeling, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional liaison between IT and business users across financial, distribution, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead system design, development, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing support for assigned business applications.
• Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and develop solutions to improve processes and functionality.
• Participate in and lead project lifecycle activities including business cases, project charters, testing, training, implementation, and project management.
• Support process improvement initiatives, maintain system documentation, and ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology solutions.
