Rockline is seeking a Supply Chain BI Analyst to empower decision-making through data analysis, dashboards, and BI solutions from Springdale, AR. You will develop reports, analyze sourcing data, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes data integrity, trend identification, and continuous improvement with Power BI, SQL, and ERP tools, supporting leadership with metrics and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; 0-2+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and BI concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, maintain, and analyze supply chain and sourcing data from multiple systems.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, databases, and Power BI tools.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, data integrity issues, supplier performance insights, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support Supply Chain partners and leadership with reporting, presentations, and actionable BI insights.
• Leverage AI tools, document SOPs, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
