Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance, economics, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in the public sector or with federal agencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN or Six Sigma is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
