Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior sales professional to sell Security and Integrated Systems to building owners, focusing on long-term partnerships and complex, multi-view opportunities. The role targets Director-level accounts and requires in-depth technical solutioning and relationship-building skills.

You will drive the full sales process, build credibility with owners and contractors, and coordinate with internal teams to craft specifications and close deals monthly.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience of more than eight years.
• At least 2+ years of consultative field sales experience in a complex sales process.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels; technically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level; promote value proposition with technical solutions.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships with target accounts.
• Drive sales processes to qualify and close new opportunities on a monthly basis.
• Develop relationships with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
