Job summary

Careerwebsite seeks to join the Innovation & Technology Department as a budget and portfolio analyst. You will support development, monitoring, and management of budgets and the technology portfolio across City departments.

Responsibilities include collecting data on applications, licenses, and assets, providing reporting, and assisting with capital projects and financial forecasting. A hybrid work arrangement is available with at least two days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and budget monitoring principles.
• Preparing accurate reports and dashboards for management using Excel and other tools.
• Ability to communicate financial and technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, monitoring, and management of the department budget and technology portfolio.
• Collects and analyzes financial, application, license, and asset data to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Assists with budget development, capital project tracking, and financial reporting.
