Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience directly related to this position.
• Proven ability to budget resources and manage proposals and actions.
• Experience in preparing documentation for unfunded requirements and reprogramming submissions.
• Education Substitution: graduate education or higher may be used to meet basic qualifications.
• Combination: total education and experience must equal 100 percent for grade GS-11.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operating budget to stay within limits and accomplish the mission.
• Provide input on the organization's annual budget, including analysis of budget requests.
• Develop documentation to support resource requests, justifications, unfunded requirements, and reprogramming submissions.
• Develop new or modifies work methods, organizational structures, records, files, management processes, staffing patterns, procedures for administering program services, guidelines, and automating work processes for admin support functions.
• Provide varied reports as requested on special and/or recurring basis.
• Assist with DTS travel coordination, completing and processing travel orders.
• Coordinate and consolidate travel requirements (mission/training), reconciliation reports, and conference log reports.
• Perform as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder for the region.
