Job summary

The Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is seeking a Budget and Procurement Analyst to manage and execute budget and procurement activities. You will help submit the agency's $300 million operating and investment budget to the Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and JLBC, and lead in internal accounting systems such as MUNIS/ERP and AZ360.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with government budgeting, and the ability to navigate complex contracts

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and procurement for a large organization.
• Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with state accounting systems (MUNIS/ERP and AZ360) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budget submission to OSPB/JLBC and related reporting.
• Analyze expenditure data and project future outcomes based on assumptions.
• Lead in MUNIS/ERP and AZ360 systems administration and procurement processes.
• Review contracts for compliance and support procurement activities.
