Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development, execution, and allocation of the budget and resources.
• Provides analysis on financial impacts of program proposals.
• Coordinates budget proposals and exhibits with field offices and Headquarters Comptroller.
• Formulates and updates operational budgets across the organization.
• Determines pricing methodologies and implements price adjustments.
• Validates funding documents and maintains reimbursable internal orders.
• Supports end-to-end business cycle design aligned with strategic direction and transformation.
