Job summary

AARP is seeking a Budgeting and Operations Analyst to join the CSN group and support budgeting, procurement, processing transactions, and reporting across the enterprise. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement processes and provide financial operations support for division-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, coordinating records management, and producing ad-hoc and scheduled reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with complex budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets to within a 3 percent variability.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Effective at managing multiple priorities and time.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to internal clients on a variety of group- or organization-wide projects and serves as the central point of contact for business processes across the department.
