Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of full‑time, or equivalent part‑time, professional experience in budget/financial analysis or program analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute up to two years of experience; graduate degree may substitute all or part of the requirement.
• Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, and fiscal reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of MMARS/MOSAIC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, encumbrances, and payments in MOSAIC in accordance with policies.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports and schedules.
• Monitor expenditures and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Budget Director and divisions to support budget submissions.
