Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as central Budget Office SME for complex programs.
• Interpret state financial laws and ensure budget compliance.
• Monitor spending, resolve variances, and propose improvements.
• Develop and review fiscal notes, allotments, and reports.
• Provide budget training and mentoring to staff.
