Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or closely related field.
  • Three years of professional experience in finance, economics, budget analysis or a closely related area are required.
  • Experience cannot substitute the Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, create, analyze, monitor and forecast monthly financial report and annual operating budget.
  • Provide monthly line-item projections based on year-to-date actuals and trends.
  • Reconcile and provide budget vs actual analysis and variance reports.
  • Perform routine technical work of average complexity involving financial and trend analysis, graphs, charts, and recommendations to management.
  • Provide technical assistance and act as liaison to service lines including monthly projection, annual budget, and budget transfers and journal entries.
  • Prepare and develop manuals, reports, analyses and forecasting of data.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
  • Significant use of Microsoft Office and SAP; strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills.
