• Professional experience supporting the development, execution, or monitoring of organizational budgets.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or coordinating formal budget submissions and recurring financial reports within established deadlines.
• Experience using financial systems, spreadsheets, or reporting tools to reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and operate the Budget Reporting Unit under the Budget Director and CFO.
• Provide input for priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting goals.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local officials and other agency areas on budget-related matters.
• Supervise staff, assign work, and approve budgets and expenditures.
