Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college plus two years in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with computer operations and applicable software.
• Experience with annual operating budgets and federal budgeting processes.
• Employment stability in applicants’ work history.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and review state and federal budgets to support budget development, forecasting, and expenditure analysis.
• Prepare monthly obligation reports and quarterly reports across MOFs for funding.
• Advise management on budget variances and corrective actions to improve financial planning.
