Job summary

AgeSpan is seeking a Budget and Contracts Analyst to support financial planning, grant and contract management, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role partners with program leadership, funders, and management to ensure compliance and sound financial decisions.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and contract amendments, while providing financial insights to program staff and leadership to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in budgeting, financial analysis, grants or contracts role.
• Experience with government-funded programs and contract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating and program budgets with leadership.
• Prepare forecasts, projections, and cost analyses.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and variances.
• Prepare financial reports for management and funders.
• Manage grants and contracts budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support program staff with budgeting guidance and financial procedures.
