Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree equivalent in related field.
• Two years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Strong knowledge of public finance, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to lead and train others.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft financial, CSU policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the fiscal impact of proposed policies and provide budget analyses and projections.
• Advise leadership on fund availability for projects and initiatives.
• Develop financial models and multi-year forecasts; reconcile and report on college budgets.
• Administer CLASS operating accounts and enterprise funds; maintain records and authority docs.
