Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Business Unit VP to lead strategic direction, financial performance, and operational execution across the business unit. You will drive growth, ensure technical excellence, and develop talent while collaborating with Platform Partner teams to expand backlog, revenue, and EBITDA.

You will shape the People First culture, hire and mentor leaders, and partner with senior leadership to scale the firm through smart management of people, projects, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required (Engineering, Science, Planning, Landscape Architecture).
• 10+ years leading an engineering or science-based organization with diverse services.
• Proven track record managing a P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Excellent managerial and financial skills with people-first leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-year One-Page Plan with the Platform Partner.
• Lead BU to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Grow backlog, revenue, EBITDA through collaboration across BUs and Platform.
• Maintain high engagement and eNPS, fostering a positive People First culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve talent development and cross-business growth.
